This group includes functionality of pair request from/to peer device based on the device role.

BLE-Manager handles the Pairing related activities like Slave security request, Triggering Pair-request, Pair-Key request on Central Role handling the pair request and pair key request in peripheral role.

BLE-Manager uses the bonding information for Encryption and also for resolving the random address of Peer device.
